These terms govern the use of Mundocuento, a bilingual children's audio storybook app by The Martinez Labs. By using it you accept these terms; if a child uses it, it is under an adult's supervision.
1. Use of the app
Mundocuento is free to download and includes five stories free forever plus one new story unlocked every day. The rest of the catalogue unlocks with an optional subscription. There are no ads. You may use it for personal and family use. You may not copy it, resell it or extract its content for other purposes.
2. Adults and children
The app is designed for children aged 2 to 8 with an adult. Account creation, external links, sharing and account deletion are reserved for adults.
3. Content
Texts, illustrations and narrations belong to The Martinez Labs or its licensors and are provided only for use within the app.
4. Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of continuous availability. We may modify or remove content.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
6. Privacy
Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
